How to measure your feet.
Wear your work socks
Measure while standing, with the socks you plan to wear in your boots. Keep your toes relaxed.
Measure both feet
Measure from the back of your heel to your longest toe. Use the larger foot when comparing sizes.
Check length and width
A boot should hold your foot without squeezing it. If the length feels right but the sides feel tight, compare width options.
Print at 100% on US Letter paper. Check the scale marker before measuring.

Is D or EE the right width for me?
D is Ariat's standard men's width; EE or 2E is wide. If your usual size feels right in length but tight at the sides, compare the width options for that model.
Does a square toe mean the boot is wide?
No. A square toe describes the toe shape. Check the width option separately; different models can feel different even in the same US size.
Should I buy a larger size for a safety toe?
Check the model and width before adding length. Your toes need room to move without pressing against the safety cap, which will not stretch with wear.
